Deep Creek Baptist Church offers ministries to meet a wide variety of spiritual needs for you and your family.
Home Bible Study
On most Tuedsay evenings a group meets in one of the member’s homes for a meal and a time of Bible study. The meal begins at 6:30 and the study begins at 7:00. Richard Perrine is the teacher although everyone is involved in discussion. Check the Sunday bulletin each week for the location, since it does change. Everyone is welcome!
Children’s Ministry
Each Wednesday evening immediately following Prayer Meeting, Deep Creek Baptist Church hosts Bible Blitz. This exciting ministry offers children from grades K-6 the opportunity to sing, play and learn about Jesus.
Men’s Breakfast
The men gather bi-weekly in the Fellowship Hall for a time of prayer and Bible study.
There’s usually food too.
Missions
Deep Creek Baptist participates in missions projects throughout the year. Many times, this missions opportunities are in conjunction with Deep Creek Lake Resort Ministries such as the prayerwalk and the Kid’s Night Out to be offered this summer. However, the church also hosts evening worship services at Deep Creek Lake State Park in the amphitheater throughout the summer. Keep your eyes peeled for opportunities to join the fun!
Discipleship
Join us on Sunday Evenings at 6:00 PM for a time of Bible study and discipleship as Pastor Ben leads us through the Bible book-by-book.
Music and Worship
Love to sing? Come and join the choir for rehearsal on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM in the upper room.
